    I totally agree, you have to work out and use acai berry or you won’t get any results. Try not to eat heavy calorie foods after 7pm, try to get in the gym at least 4 days a week, all the regular weight loss requirements are still needed, but it helps you to get more calories burned so you will have better results by using it.
